Getting started
Set the shop up properly before taking live bookings.
This page only shows after the first website login. Use it to get the main parts of CutQueue ready in the right order.
Services and hours
Add every service, set opening hours, recurring days off, and closed periods before you publish booking links.
Do first
Staff and rota
If you have multiple barbers, add staff, link users, set rota, and record time off so availability is accurate.
Multi-staff shops
Payments and trial
Confirm the Stripe subscription is active or trialing, check deposits, and test the billing portal before sending anyone live.
Critical
Website, button, and QR
Add website content, booking button, booking QR, and review QR. Print posters only after checking they scan correctly.
Customer-facing
Clients, kiosk, and reminders
Test a client account, booking email, reminder email, kiosk check-in, cancellation, and reschedule from the portal.
Test live
Reports and shop ops
If you plan to use stock, payroll tracking, expenses, tasks, or consultations, test those before staff rely on them day to day.
